Direct operational leadership when the organization needs an experienced executive in the seat, not an advisor alongside it. Available on short notice. Minimum 3 months. Most engagements extend to 12.

The practice

Telescope is a solo advisory practice — one advisor, a small number of engagements at a time, every client led by David Clark from first conversation to final deliverable. The work surfaces what the organization cannot see about itself, sequences what will actually produce results, and leads until what was decided becomes what the organization does. The engagement ends when the organization can sustain the discipline on its own — not when the calendar runs out.
